Poor management

Management is very poor, the office personnel will tell you one thing and then turn around and do the opposite of what had been discussed. Manager hangs up on people and if you tell him something he does not pass it on to the others in the office. Thinks he is too important to answer the phone while he's alone in the office. Price is way too much. Maintenance requests are slow to be responded to.
