Very poor care

Our puppy had the puppy strangles, for which this vet prescribed us anti-biotics only and wanted us to come back in 7 days for a refill. After the illness getting considerably worse we took him to another vet which could not beleive this vet never gave him the actual treatment for the strangles which is steriods. I have heard other stories from people with the same type of problem from this vet. Not to mention the service at the front desk is also crappy.
